The corporate work Club is a physical space open to companies and citizens in general. It was created with the objective of enabling labour market intermediation as well as for managing worker recruitment within the Province. We work with both fronts open: companies and people.

Consultancy for companies : The work club aims at covering companies� needs regarding human resources management, based on advice and support on: recruitment, publishing job offers, staff selection, recruitment of groups with labour incorporation difficulties and employment advice.

Advice to people : This is a comprehensive service that takes into account the different stages needed by anyone looking for work, during their personal experience and active search:

• Professional orientation : Evaluation of the individual talents and abilities, becoming aware of one�s own personal and professional competencies, bringing the curriculum back to life� advice and information on the training resources available in the area and the promotion of continuous training throughout professional life. Advice in relation to changing professional career, given by professionals with economic recession experience.

• Knowledge of Intermediary Organisations : Helping getting to know the organisations and services available when looking for work; promoting an active approach towards the use and participation with such organisations.

• Knowledge of the employment environment and selection processes. : Knowledge of the employment environment, industries with a greater demand for staff, emerging industries, companies currently hiring staff, training...

The service has two offices located in Reus and Tarragona. Each location is assisted by an expert technician in placement management and Human Resources. This person has all the necessary resources to carry out the intermediation service: computers with internet access, printer, fax, telephone line and technical material relating to work force guidance and incorporation.
